Installation info:
HOW TO INSTALL:
  1. Click on the "Subscribe" button
  2. Run the Euro Truck Simulator 2
  3. Press "Mod Manager"
  4. Find the mod ... double click or use arrows to activated ... Press "Confirm Changes"
  5. Login into game (Continue game)

does not appear ingame, i have version 1.25.2.3 (open beta)

after "Subscribe" you must check Steam download manger ... you must have something like "ETS2 Wokshop Contain" after that go in "Mod Manager" and check there ... maybe you need to wait there a bit :)

If Steam dont want to download the mod just do above and restart game ... that usally force game to check all mods

And you dont mention where exactly mod miss ... in game or in mod manager ... :p
Check for errors in console or log file :)
