Its a good idea, on the end of the month i review all the ideas that came in and seeing if they are implementable

its an idea. barren worlds are rather barren. yeh i would get the pretty city scape but its much better looking with the trees that lush planets have.

if possible it would be better if there was a chance of most the different worlds having it instead of just 1 type always having it.

I second this idea, granted, background paralax and backgrounds tends to be a major source of lag in this game, and barren planets are one of the few that don't particularly suffer from that so, eh, depends what you think would be best in the end, really.

I think that would be a good idea. I usually make my barren planets into cityscapes... :D

i think you should do something similar to the better barren/Elysium Worlds. basicly add the Elysium lush world with the city backgound. this means you dont have to change anything with the backgound. and you can build in peace. also you could rase the planets level (if the planet has no monster spawns) to mid tier/higher but make the planet rare. a good way to do this is to maybe have more that one "type", the higher tier planets being rare to find and only spawning around similar planets in level. lush and tep have highest chances to spawn.
.ie lush tier 1-2
tep tier 3-4
ect
and ya know what, just for the hell of it add a tier 10 planet that can spawn in any system cuz why the f*** not. with borderlands 2 legendary/ shiny pokemon spawn rates.just flying around when you find a tier 10 city planet in a lush system.(if you did not know moons are tier ten)

Similar to Richard Conway I'd prefer for Barren worlds to use the city backgrounds, and just change the terrain type similar to Better Barren/Elysium Worlds. I don't think starter planets using the city background is the best idea.

i like the way it looks in the screenshots, there is plantlife in the city, so your actualy on the outskirts this way, but i cant actualy use it because i have FPS booster

I'd like to see this in the barren planets as well.

I'd install this if it was on barren planets. I like to have my lush planets be little safe country-side types of places.
