Oh sure ... wild dino would be good .... it is important a life for another life ... we are talking about a resurrection that requires something more difficult to obtain, it would be "more realistic."

i think sacrificing a dino is a good idea but i think it has to be the same type of dino such as if your dodo dies you would need a dodo sacrificed to save the old one, makes things a little more real because putting a t-rex soul in a raptor would be just weird

I'd love to see an altar players must build where you could sacrifice tamed creatures in order to receive the soul shard thingy. The altar would be an engram, allowing server hosts to decide the point cost, and the mod developer could setup the engram much like the soul shard thingy, so that it had 4 tiers of difficulty in crafting material requirements.

I like this idea. Be cool to have a altar with the idea above. Sacrifice a Raptor and get a "Raptor Soul Shard" that you can use to revive any of your raptor pets. And just make a shard for each dino type. Maybe a universal shard also that you can make by combining 5 of any DIFFERENT type of shards together aswell. This universal shard would also be good to use with other mods temporarly that are not implemented in the Original dino list that are from other mods.

Would like to see in general a way to increase the cost to res a pet. I think the current values are WAY too low, even at the Extreme setting. You should be able to revive a tame that takes 3 hours just from 10 mins of gathering and like 5 min to run in a cave really fast to grab a artifact. Especially if you used say 30+ kibble or other resources and such to tame. The cost doesnt add up. Not saying it should be even, but atleast reasonable for the work needed to initially tame it.
