Pros:
*(1) Flares leave a fire trail that lasts for .7 second per particle (flame particles deal 4 dmg/.1 second and leaves a 3 second afterburn, flare particle crits burning players)
(or 2) Flares leave a trail of fire that falls until it touches on an enemy or 1 second after it lands on a surface(flare particle deals 20 damage and leave a 3 second afterburn, flare particle crits burning players)
*+25% flare distance

Cons:
*-30% switch-to-and-from speed
*-25 health on wearer
*-50% afterburn duration

UP due to that explosion vulnerability. Would make soldier even more harder to fight against.
Fire res? Pyro already has about 65% fire res and this wouldn't matter. Sorry

deals more damage over time when hitting the same player. on burning players the first normal. next 2 mini crits. the rest are crits. deals 20% less damage. 15% slower projectiles. also no random crits of course.
