So I think that we need more skill based airblast flamethrowers for the pyro. This one will basically have many bursts of air

+clips of airblasts, starting at three
+on kill increase clip size by 1 up to 6 airblasts
+ -0.8s interval between blasts, increases with more kills
+ +25% more ammo
+ +33% faster deploy rate
+ 30% resistance to projectiles blasts (rockets, grenades, stickies)

- 15% slower walking speed
- 10% damage vulnerability to bullets
- 10% slower healing from sources

Extinguishing teammates gives back 40 HP
