No, I haven't touched the rifles code, but if the scope is only sometimes broken, could you tell me the steps to recreate the bug?

The next update is going to have console command hmcd_fixscope that will disable the sprites from the scope and will only draw a crosshair

i got a suggestion.

mask.
it makes the killers face not visible. something like jason mask. so when you use others outfit they wont know you cus they dint see your face.
bassicly. like
equip the mask
equip the knife.
kill

also add a no ban or kick if you kill alot of people

You already can get banned for team killing

It seems like a good idea but I am afraid that if I start to create the models and materials for it, it is gonna take a lot more work than it is going to be useful.

and by teamkilling i meant by homicide_nopenalty 0/1
