Bug w/ Phinix
Phinix is unable to trade anything in storage containers, not sure if this is a storage container issue or phinix.

Another storage modder provided this answer:

<<Phinix only looks in stockpile zones, not in SlotGroups (which also includes Buildings_Storage - which we both use). So, no, they wouldn't see stuff.>>
