There seems to be a wired FPS problem with the map, whenever I change map and switch back the FPS drops to around 15 FPS when all props have loaded in, but then when I wait a fair bit around an hour or could be longer the FPS jumps back up to 30-40. I do like the map so does my server i'd like to know why these random FPS problems happen.

There seems to be a problem with a few of the textures,which are missing.
