Where do you craft the advanced techs?
The wiki says it's the nano-fabricator, but I don't see a single tech that's craft-able there.
Just tools, epp's, a short list of weapons, and furniture.

I have researched Engineering up to Superior techs. I can't find a single crafting station to make them at.

No it doesn't. Augments are crafted there.

Open your tricorder. Press the techs buttons. Voila.
