Capped at T8
It seems my ship is capped at Tier 8. I tried the shipT9 item, upgradeship command, and getting the liscense, none of which allowed me to get past tier 8

my issue was i was a gardevan and T9 ships didn't hav a patch for it. if ur using a custom race, its prob the same issue. if ur using a custom ship on a vanilla or supported race, again prob same issue

i am a human using nothing but a couple of mods for getting a different sword in the game as well as some mech expansions and i was using /admin because it was largely just a test world but I dont see anything else that could be screwing me over

(edit): I also bought all of the ship liscences rather than hireng people

it turns out that i never saw that you have to beat the game so if you have the same problem don't be a he*kin idiot like me
