I'm not at a computer at the moment so I can't get the full config option, but Google how to disable dino spawning for a regular dino and then replace the dino name in the config option with "FlyingBison" and then kill wild dinos.

Hello since the last update did you change the name of the Flying Bisons by anychance cause since then they have started to spawn again ever since i disabled it

NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="<Appa_Character_BP_C>",ToClassName="")

maybe that will work??
