Personally, I like that the hacking computer doesn't cause reputation loss. Makes for nice farming of neutral factions...and makes you a master pirate. If a ship gets commandeered and no one is around to see it, how would anyone know it was you? =P Seems more stupid that you can hack an antenna first to kill all communications...but still take a faction hit.
@Kramles Simple fix...just turn off the hacking computer ...then it won't "keep hacking" you. Maybe just get into the habit of keeping the hacking computers turned off unless you actually want to hack something..then just turn them on. There ya go...no more accidents.
