Place the Materials vpk and the vpk of the weapon you'd like to replace into your "Steam/steamapps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/custom" folder.

i have downloaded the materisal.vpk
what should i do next ? where can i find the weapong taht i want to replace for example the deafult granade luacnher of demo man

The .vpks for the replacement models are found in the Replacement Models folder alongside the Materials vpk. The default grenade launcher is not supported for the mod unfortunately.
