I cant talk to prisoners
As the title says when I right click on prisoners there's no option to talk to them

I had the same problem while kidnapping and imprisoning some Empire Peasants. Knocked them out and put them into the cages.
I released them and kicked their butts. Then I was able to talk to them. After first aid and imprisonment round two of course.

It turns out it's a bug if you save and exit the game while you have a prisoner without their weapons, so I had to recruit while they were still fresh

Yeah, I have the very same issue, quite frustrating, especially if you don't succeed with recruiting them right away. Any fix ?

Yeah, I have the very same issue, quite frustrating, especially if you don't succeed with recruiting them right away. Any fix ?
No idea, to be honest.
