Hey, not a bug. That NPC will join you for cats. But if you don't have enough cats to start with you'll get that response :-)

Hehe actually the ones that use that dialogue are a bit cheeky. If you have between 10k and 20k they'll only ask for 10k if you have more than 20k they'll try taking you to the cleaners

oh lol, i've only ever seen the 10k dialogue in the editor, but then again 20k has never felt like a total loss as i've usually amassed a few hundred thousand once i get a base of operations set up
