Hungry Bandits
Alright. Time for me to feel stupid here.

I assumed the Hungry Bandits just wanted food but I can't trigger the option to feed them. Do they only want a specific type of food?

they either want rice bread veggies or dried meat its random

Just leave they start to starving,then will accept any food
