How to Recruit Cat-Lon
So I kinda figured that the correct option to give him would be to try to hack his cpu. But it keeps saying it won't work. Am I picking the right options?

I believe you need to have an ai core. or tech level 4+ also all the options you choose should be a subversion of known laws of robotics ;-)
