Can this be installed midgame?
Asking as the mod page itself doesn't seem to specify this and only talks about updating the mod

I was able too, just be sure you enable the mod after the download.

EPOE 2.24 in theory can be added midgame, it uses a vanilla bodyplan and doesn't need any special world gen for ores, you might miss out on some new trader variants tho.

EPOE Legacy (any version 2.22 and older) can not be added to an existing save as they have the ribs added by changing the file for the human bodyplan which causes the saved bodies to load incorrectly.
