Unable to install advanced bionic limbs
I am able to put bionic limbs on my colonists, but they aren't able to have advanced bionics installed on them. Is this because I'm using non-humans (still humanoid), or are there any other mods that would be conflicting? I can't think of anything I have that does anything with organs/limbs.

I think it might just be an issue with the ferian mod, but not 100% sure.

I've got the same issue. I've got the materials (The advanced bionic limb + the amount of medicine) but the game thinks I don't have any of that. It's really infuriating

You most likely lack a colonist with the correct medical skill to install the part, train your doctor by doing what rimworld is known for.

If you have the Pharmacist mod, make sure your settings on that are configured properly to allow colonists to do it. I had the issue until I figured that part out
