No. Epoe forked has them though.

oh i just saw this after i asked for this as a request discussion - could they be added over to this one please? (as well as whatever other body parts they add that we don't)

Bionic digits are very resource inefficient anyway, just make the whole hand or foot and get the bigger bonus.
