Basically, when you have Expanded Prosthetics and Organ Engineering and the Mood Adjustments mods loaded (regardless of order) and a prisoner dies from organ harvesting, all moods buffs are blank and several menus appear with a shadow over them (no text). Disabling this Mood Adjustments solves the issues, but re-enabling it in any order still replicates the issues. I'm going to continue to play around with it because I feel like both of these mods are necessary additions to the game.

Edit: I cannot load my save without EPOE, so I can't test if it's EPOE as well or just Mood Adjustments.
