My colonists don't seem to be prioritizing work on the electrolyzer. I have quotas set up for silicon and ethonol, but nobody seems to want too work on them. If I force the work they only make one then go do something else. Anybody else having this problem? How can I get them to recognize the electrolyzer as an important job?
