isn't this exactly what mod checker devs tell you not to do?

The references just need to be updated but these errors don't break anything, if they did you'd be reporting that instead of an error you only see in the console log.

Unclear on what we shouldn't be doing where.

How do you update the references?

Why wouldn't these errors break anything?

This isn't just in the console, this appears in the debug log on load as well...
