I guess you using the mod "Pawns are capable"? Otherwise, no, its vanilla fk everything up again. See, if 3 pawns have the same favourite, changing a number changes all 3 of them. At the start of the game, the game checks the work priorities, seeing that your favourite tries to set pawn xxx to firefight 1, even he is incapable. So it removes it from him, removing it from all three. I would suggestest you just copy that favourite onto that trouble pawn and then make a copy of that favourite, for example: "Favourite XXX (COPIE). That fixes that.

You can have as many favourites as you wish, just copy it, spare the husles for yourself.
