I find it difficult to easily locate and assign tasks suitable to a pawn's skill level.

So, I was thinking of several possible solutions:
- the ability to sort pawns in the work tab by a given task by clicking on the task name, i.e. sort so that the most skilled in a given task appear at the top/bottom
- color-coding work checkboxes or sorting work tasks based on the amount of skill necessary for that task, i.e. surgery requires high skill level, whereas cleaning does not; crafting guns requires higher skills than cutting stone blocks, etc.
