This is my first time reporting a bug, so spologies if this isn't the right format.

I have a newly recruited colonist that I am unable to change any work prioirty value except for social values. The log says she is incapable of almost everything (she isn't, not according to her Character tab), and the debug log is spamming the following message (just replace "mining" with any given work type):

tried to enable work Mining for Cambiar, who is incapable of said work.
