Continual Activity Issue
I've created a new modpack to play with for 1.3, and it seems that something has broken robots. They get caught in a loop of attempting to do tasks and returning to their station at about 33% Rest. Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it, or have ideas on how to fix it?

I have the bridge mod and my robots tend to get a third a way across and drop their package and rtb.
