Not sure if you have found them but our server has all three hatching wyvern egg as we speak

Giga's are on the island under the floating winter island. Beavers are on the small island portion of Isla Hatchet and there is another spawn near one end of Dragons Tail. Wyverns are on top of Dragons Den (the tall pillar with some arched rock formations that look like claws).
