Dino spawn location question
can a asume when you : Main Map name: skiesofnazca
YOU MUST HAVE THE CENTER INSTALLED TO PLAY THIS

The dino spawnlocation will be the same as in ( for example ) :

^^ is my spawnconfig for the center lava area for annunaki.

did you assign your islands with AddNPCSpawnEntriesContainers ?

I´m curious which spawnpoints are used as well, is it the Spawn Entries from The Center?
I just came across this map, it looks really great and I´d like to play it. But I´ve also seen some people with rather low spawn rates (I know there are spawnpoints all over the map) and I always like the option to fiddle with the spawn rates myself, no matter which map I play.

Well i tested, its all ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in this map, thats why i stopped using this map on my server. As the developer avoids any answer on this subject on all discussions.

Can the Dev please answer this? Which Spawn Zones you are using for each island, floating, caves, etc. This is very helpful to many using custom maps. I just dumped The Volcano and now see this here and wonder why we can't just get a post with the zones so we can do our on spawns and help test the map too. I'll check back and hope he can help. I have over 400 spawnners and just needs the zones and I will be one happy camper. Thx.

Guys, there is a nice mod out you can run and it will give you all the spawn locations the mod uses. You run it and it displays it in your console window then you remove it. It's just for auditing the server then you remove. This will help you see what locations they are using.

I suggest putting like Pokemon or something that will stand out and use each character in that spawn zone and spawn like 30 of them so you can match them up. That's what we did atleast. It worked. Lol.

Have a look at all the info it extracts that makes finding what spawn zones and engrams the map uses.

IE: I use Crystal Isles. I didn't know what spawn zones he used. Now I do. Also, all Engrams. See this example:

Im going to give this a try, with this mod even the amounts of existing spawns are controllable?

If so... It would help me eliminate spawn issues(heavy overspawn) on my other servers too :D

No but best thing to do is overwrite the spawn areas with what u want. It takes time but its a good eay to have a custom server. Are yiu using ASM to run it? That tool is easy to do it. Im a beta tester and we spent alot of time helping the dev get alot of the options right for easy setups.

It all depends on how much time u want to put in it. But once u add the dinos in ASM its easy to add then, etc. Vanilla are already in so you can add it to spawn zone then adjust spawn amount and weight.

If u look me up on discord ill send u a custom spawn INI that we did for Extinction Core and Monster Hunter. Took look 300 hours. Lol. But that was because wr didnt have that mod above so we guessed on locations. You can find me at: http://discord.doubleegaming.com Ive been running servers since ARK dropped :)

ASM and i are not really good friends in the past (cuz of really weird bugs & server F****ups ) so i (at this moment config & add all server configs manual with notepad++) stopped using that.

I will add u on Discord this evening, thanks so much for helping me out this far!

Np. I dont think ASM was your problem. It's the most solid thing out there. Maybe you just had it configured wrong. It makes these things much easier. I wouldn't host without it.
