no random crits but poisons the target damiging the target and applying a jarate type effect to the target and maybe a reduction in health if its too op

I'm thinking 20% faster swing speed On-hit bleed for 6 sec no mini crits and 15% less damage

I like the backstabs idea but...

+ Backstabs on spies
+ 2 seconds of bleeder damage
- 50% damage

For some spy revenge xD if only they coudl record a new line for the sniper saying "How do you like it, wanker!" as he backstabs the spy xD

EDIT: Oh really? But he says that word in game! Fine, sorry forum moderators...
