I've found that as well. It appears to be the "thumbs down" symbol. The parts on the sides are just other symbols next to it on the list of the Wingdings Alphabet.
It's likely just a mistake. If not, hopefully saintblue52 can debunk my theory.
This is already complicated enough.

Its a mistake, It looks odd because the texture sheet is too small and it doesn't render properly, and the edges are other just other wingdings from the sheet that are too close to the one I used. I'll probably up the size and make it more clear looking

These are actually super easy to fix. On any texture not meant to tile (such as decals), in the VTF flags, set "Clamp S" and "Clamp T"

Great job on the map BTW.

The giant Mettaton fountain is completely colored black

I noticed the same thing as Spooky. However, it seems not only the fountain has become black, but the tables in the dining area too. Is it a possible rendering thing, or a lighting thing?

Just added this map on my TTT server earlier and it seems the custom props appear as errors to some, and people can pass through them as if the correct engine isn't mounted. Is another source game required to be mounted? Would only make sense in the current situation.

hm haven't heard that before, the custom files aren't packed in the .bsp so unless the server is having people download the addon the custom stuff would show up as an error, you could unpack the addon file and upload the materials and models to the fastdl. other than that i'm not sure.

Those are missing textures.

Do you have CS:S?
Also, try reinstalling.
