Assign Training
Do you think you can add training into the work tab so I can prioritize training for my soldiers? I find the mod not to be what I expected, as I thought I could seriously level up stats with it. Having to manually assign training each and every day is very tedious and just not worth it IMO.

yea same, i thought it'd be cool to build like a whole training facility so that I could train soldiers all day and was kinda disappointed when the targets were only for joy

That would be great! I'm building up a super soldier and it would be amazing if they'd just train instead of doing other work.

A15 had a mod like this. You was to assign a person to a bow and arrow\shooting range and certain time.

I know you can force them to train like 5-6 h but will they eat if they need to do so?

i think i have a solution for this. why not just have a 'train' schedule that we can set in the restrict tab. this would allow our pawns guaranteed training time

Even though it's nearly 2020, I still want this. Although I found out you can just have colonists fight each other while drafted if they have good enough armor. This only applies to melee soldiers though.

This is typically how training would be done, at least in terms of melee fighting, but it doesn't help train ranged.
