Yes, if you know the script module and item ID of those items, you can spawn them.

How-to is explained in the post linked above and the video attached to it.

If you want a list of items in some mod, I can make one just tell me what mod it is and where to find it, otherwise you can check the ItemIDs in the script files.

may i ask for some instructions of how to merge it with necroforge?

ORGM can actually be "integrated" by using a list to spawn the items in. As long as you have the right path installed for the ORGM Necroforge lua file, you will be able to spawn them. A list of the spawned items is here (Though I'm not sure if it's entirely up to date) You have to manually type in Necroforge's seach bar for what you want, or copy/paste it from the .txt file to make it easier on yourself.

I am, however, having an issue viewing the guns. They're all invisible to me. (Tried flipping the script files as instructed but still nothing appears. Would love some help with this.)

Icon won't appear in the UI when using that method, you just have to copy/paste the item's Module.ItemID and click the anvil to the left of the search bar, if the Module.ItemID is correct, the item will be spawned into inventory. Used that way the search bar is pretty much a command prompt.
