Increase Manager Priority
Don't know if it's been said, but it really seems like managing should be before animals in work tab. Managing is the first thing you want pawns to do in the morning, BEFORE they go looking for jobs. IMP should be integrated into this mod IMO. Thanks.

Use the mod "Increase Manager Priority", it does just that, placing it far to the left. And yes, massive oversight by Fluffy.
