metal
where is all the metal? it seems only the center volcano has all the metal and a lot of times the nodes are very hard to hit or cant be farmed.

There's metal all over the place. There are isolated peaks scattered throughout the map with pockets of metal/crystal. Also there's a big cave on the island just south of the volcano with tons of metal and zero wild dinos. To find the cave, look for 2 big lakes with a big tree in the center of each and joined by a waterfall. The waterfall is a hidden entrance into the cave (there are other entrances though).

that cave has maybe 10 nodes or less, and secondly the nodes are impossible to hit. i can be on top of them swinging with an anky and it wont even hit it. like its hitting air. this needs to be fixed

I don't have any problem hitting the metal nodes in there. Also on that same landmass, just south of that cave is a cliff ridge that is littered with metal, crystal, and obsidian.

how is the respwan of the nodes ? I have taken some metal but the nodes seems not to be respawning .. How long may it take ?
