Info about my peronal situation, The Volcano and new map
Hello guys,

today i wanna let you know what's happing in my private life, The Volcano and my new map.

First of thank you for your support and playing on my map. We reached over 128500 subs and it's still counting. That is absolutely incredible and don't worry The Volcano is not dead or whatsoever, so don't worry about that.

I will start with my private life probs which started 2 weeks ago. You should know i'm/was working as a website programmer and i had good years and bad years, but always without major issue. This year started kinda good but it turned out really bad and the lst 6 months was a nightmare. Mid November i decided to look for a new job and give up/close my own business. The job search is harder than i thought and right now i only have 1 job pending, i did a few other job interwiews but without luck. So fingerscrossed for that one. If only that is not enough my landlord sold the apartment and i need to move out till 31.12.2017. So i'm also looking for a new apertment, which is even harder to find.

Because of this situation i don't have the motivation and focus to work on The Volcano and my new map. That means the December update might be will released end of January 2018 and the new map February or March, since there is still a lot to do. I know i respond to some reports and issues on my Steam page and Discord, but it's only to show i'm still there and want to help player. All new found bugs and issues are noted and will be fixed as soon my probs are out of the world and i can focus on my maps again.

I hope you can understand my situation and the delay of the update. If so, i'm thank you for that and your support. If you want support me more, please consider a donation. I know i never ask for money, but moving and find a new job cost money that i barely have. Even a small amount would help and i will think about something to show my appreciation.

All I can say is your work is amazing. I love this map. I can't even play Ragnarok or Aberration after this. What I would love to see is the Aberration creatures on this map too. Thats it. The rest is perfect and I can't even imagine what these updates your mentioned could be. I'd love to read more about them for sure. Keep up the amazing work. Your map is the only reason I am playing ARK.

Real life comes first. Can't put modding and gaming before taking care of yourself.

The map will still be here when you're done with the real life hurdles.

I love the map and use it on my server. I could've gone for ragnarok, but it's like with The Center. It just feels a bit dead.

I fell for the wide open areas on The Volcano and it is perfect for the server i'm running, which is focused on exploring, building and more.

"Real life before gaming" said, maybe you should look for a job in gamming (specifically in level/map design). I can tell you a map with hundreds of thousands of subscribers in a game as complicated as Ark is not a negligible in a CV.

@Darkblood i would love to have job there, but it's not that easy to get in. On the other hand, i still have a lot to learn regarding level/mp design, but i've learned a lot during working on The Volcano which helps me working on my new map. Will see what the future brings.
