great job. One suggestion I would have: In addition to the full commands (like shields and spawn) maybe you can add shortcuts (sp for Spawn; sh for Shields) to make creating a list faster.

Also I hope that there are a lot of contributors like on the X-Wing-Module with cool stuff like auto spawning and collision detection. Also is there a guideline how to save a list (esp. with the shield markers). As now it looks like you have to add shields after deployment to get them moved good together.
