For the Fascist route: Taking Greece should be obvious. Making Crete be the central naval base sounds about right as well. Claiming former Ottoman Empire lands should be in the tree as well. Influencing Iran would be nice too. Again, fortifying against the Soviets would be nice as well.
For the Communist route: Intense control over the Mediterannean. The Communists barely have any naval presense in the world and Turkey having such a pivotal role in Soviet trade (controling the Bosphorus and being so close to the Suez) would make sense to assert naval dominance as the Turks.
General:
- Adding Heavy tank focus considering the amount of Chromium Turkey has. Maybe even battleships.
- Maybe having an option to boost industry in Ankara or in Istanbul. Might be good depending on who your allies are.
