Would also be nice to demand a coastline in Yugoslavia from Germany and Italy after Yugoslavia is conquered(Montenegro, Serbia, and Morava to be connected) and maybe have some kind of Naval focus after that.. Also, when the second Vienna award is completed by Germany, and Germany chooses to give Hungary all of Transylvania they don't actually get Banat and (I think) Crisana, so either maybe fix that or have a focus for Hungary to annex that.

I can see forming an alliance with Austria, but actually uniting with Austria into a single country would prob mean switching tags. Plus you've got the whole Anschluss thing to deal with. (Assuming you mean the Austro-Hungarian Empire, not the Holy Roman Empire.)

Also maybe two different branches for fascism with one being to go with Germany and have that other stuff I proposed in it.

For Hungary, I am certain we need some political power focuses ( e.g. Reforms of Gömbös), also there could be military and industrial focuses (Levente recruitment, Armed neutrality, Program of Győr). Faction making is kinda not makes sense, also Austria-Hungary is a dream, because in 1921 the hungarian parlament declared the dethronement of the Habsburgs. Could be a way, that we get a king from the english (tried it in history) and get in with the allies. Also getting claims on the pre-Trianon parts of Hungary would be nice ( ethnical revision, historical revision). For fascism, maybe there could be special focuses (army staff in politics, hungarism) and later, get Ferenc Szálasi as leader. In communism, i am not sure. After the end of Sovietrepublic of Hungary (1919 feb-nov), nobody liked the commies. They were banned, the socialdemokrats were consolidated (Bethlen-Peyer Pact).They were only underground . So only if the USSR marches in, could be communism.

Yeah I didn't think Hungary would be interested that much in the restoration of the AHE, which is why I'd rather have the branch more geared towards restoring Hungary's former glory pre-AHE. Plus, once again, Anschluss happens, making the AHE impossible to have unless that's changed,

Yes, I totally agree, and maybe there could be after claims, a focus like law of nationalites which after the claims, it gives more recruitable population, national unity, but it gets an event to support or opress the minorities and gives good or bad effects in terms of unity and population factory output etc.

Pre AHE is a good idea, but it should mostly be able to cooperate with Germany. I guess the anschluss makes the AHE a bad idea, so I changed my mind :)

There should also be something focusing on tanks as Hungary made their own in the actual war, and they also had some pretty interesting designs like the TAS 44M, which was Panther-like.

There should be a "Going Against Trianon" tree that takes you through getting your lost territories from the Treaty of Trianon which is a Treaty that is still protested today.

How about "Demand Old Lands" and you gain claims on some Yugoslavian lands and Translyvannia

You should make a focus similar to Japan (Spiritual Mobilisation) that gives the Hungarian people more willingnes to fight therefore giving them a bigger recruitable population. However you would need to change the name, something to like 'Motivate The People' or 'Prepare For War' something like that!

Seperate policy trees that would let them form either anti-facists or anti-communist fractions with countries like Austria or Romania and Bulgaria.

First of all the map should be changed in some ways: add burgenland for austria, prekmurje, serbian banat and the former hungarian coastline. Give Hungary claims on most of these area's, some should have cores instead. Use the national foci to reward a player that manages to reconquer those lands by turning the claims into cores (as you will likely burn all your manpower).
When everything is recored there should be a focus to increase national unity and increase atk and def on core territory.
