If I could suggest, I'd go with something about finishing the Benes Line (The Sudetenland Border Defenses.)
Other than that, maybe somethings about Czechoslovakia creating the Little Entente again as Czechoslovakia was an original member with Yugo and Romania. Try some other little events about appeasing the Slovaks to increase political power?
For a Fascist Route, you can try to make it to where instead of giving in to the Munich Agreement, with the betrayal of the Allies, join the Axis!

A fair amount of focuses should be on getting more factories. In the 30s Czechoslovakia was an industrial powerhouse, making more than 10% of millitary production in the world. Sadly, this fact is not really represented in HoI4 (as was in HoI3), as Czechoslovakia has a ridiculously low amount of factories and limiting state types. I guess it's so Germany wouldn't get too strong after annexing Czechoslovakia so maybe add a focus or event on destroying some of the factories (representing how Czech people in the occupied Protektorat für Böhmen und Mähren would purposefully work unefficiently and make small sabotages under the motto Pracuj pomalu = Work Slowly. When Germany bombed Malta a bomb was dropped on a local ancient temple but it didn't explode. When it was later examined and opened, there was only dust in the bomb and a small note saying "Greetings from Skoda works!" :D ). Hope this idea is helpful!

Perhaps there could be a focus on devolution of the parliament, having Czechoslavakia change to Bohemia-Moravia and puppeting Slovakia (not sure how that would work). Also, you could have two seperate faction focus branches, one being a 'regional focus', inviting all states bordering Germany and the USSR, as well as Czechoslovakia: Romania, Hungary, Austria and Poland. Therefore, the Anschluss event should be changed if Austria has joined the new Central European power. The other would be a 'democratic focus', inviting all continential democratic states: Romania, Yugoslavia, Poland and Hungary if democratic, France, and perhaps Scandanavia.
By the way, I really don't wan't to be that guy, but it's Czechoslovak, not Czechoslovakian.
