I have figured out the issue with right clicking. Editing or even deleting a blueprint only seems to work if you try to copy an uncompleted building. It does not work if you try to duplicate an already completed structure.

If you want to use this mod correctly pause your game and redraw your structure. Then use the mod to copy it, you should now be able edit or even delete this blueprint using right click.

Not sure why this is caused but I it helps someone.
