So I decided to play a game as Mexico and am trying to go communist with Zapata. But I can't for the life of me figure out how to active the conditions needed the prerequired focus: "Supporting other Revolutionary Leaders".

The prerequisite conditions to start this focus is the following:

Current ruling party is not Democratic
It must be 1913
"Military coup in Mexico"

I have done the "1913" requirment since you just have to wait, but I can't figure out how to change the ruling party since I just can't select an advisor of the right party and wait and I haven't got the slightest clue as to what the "Military coup in Mexico" thing is. Is this an event that's meant to fire but for some reason didn't as it is currently 1917 and I've seen nothing in terms of Mexico related events since I won the civil war.

Could anyone please help me with this?
