Italy 1914, Zero additional mods, All DLC's. Went through whole process of clearing cache and making sure it was clean install of the mod. Armando Diaz national focus, completes game will run fine, but if you click on the "Officer Corps tab" the game will crash.

Current workaround, don't use Armando Diaz focus.
