Cant choose 1.11.4
I want to play this mod, but the required version, 1.11.4, is not on my list of older versions found in Properties>Betas. It jumps from 1.10.8 to 1.2.1

Any advice on how to proceed?

If you uninstall and reinstall Hearts of Iron IV, you'll have the current version (1.11.4)
