This or redux
What is the difference between this and the redux mod and which one I should play?

Well, Redux is more like vanilla and overall there seem to be fewer flavor events.
However I would say the grand strategy and combat play out better in Redux, probably because they don't introduce so many mechanics. You have to change how you play, especially early war, for TGW, but Redux you can use the same mechanics and even same templates from HOI4 vanilla.
