AI not researching
I end the world war 1 scenario and realize that the IA still has 1910 technology.

Same. After several years, all non-player still in 1910 technology and no development of their army. Never not include the artillery battalion. It is the reason I leave my game.

I think I've noticed the same thing, but I've been playing in Ironman mode. I should play again and switch to see what the AI is doing. Because it was far to easy to win WWI as Germany my first time. I was never pushed back or felt that anyone was a threat. UK never put troops on mainland Europe the entire war or made more that 35-45 divisions despite having over 2m man power. Something very strange about how the AI behaves.

Can confirm AI is very broken. Caught France trying to research a 1930s bomber and other future tech in 1918. They are getting caught up researching stuff that way too far out and meaningless.
