AI Armored divisions
First of all, this mod is my favourit one! But during all my games, i've the same issue: AI does not recrute armored divisions, why?

How can i fix this?

Abit late, but for the record the AI in general does not update its tech or templates in this mod. Not sure why, they will recruit more divisions best I can tell, but never with upgraded tech.
