Right, I decided to fight in the "War of Pygmies" and had a blast, but I ran into one particular problem with how Poland's focuses are scripted. Since I decided to do some quick factory work and decided to open up "Revitalize Polish Industry', I had just defeated Ukraine and made it a puppet when I got to the "ZUR Occupation" focus.

Which obviously failed massively, because it requires that you be at war with Ukraine to trigger... which I couldn't be as I was in a war with it.

Likewise deciding to either continue the war and form the greater Between the Seas concept or making a deal with Petiulura required I be at war.

Quick suggestion:

1. Make these focuses bypassable if Ukraine does not exist or it is a puppet of Poland (in the case of the choice you can let the player decide which one to bypass).

2. Make the Kiev Offensive one dependent on Ukraine being at peace with Poland AND either Fully Independent or a puppet of Poland.

3. Honestly I'd remove the ZUR focus altogether, since by the time the 1919 scenario starts Poland has firm control over the former West Ukrainian Peoples' Republic territories and had at least some historical claim to them; the focus as it is just gums up the progression rather than adding anything. If anything I'd suggest creating a focus for Ukraine that gives them the coreso n that territory back or something.
