I have manged to spot a enemy task force (2 captial and 15 screen) with my spotters. They are set to engage at high risk, but i guess it is fair, that they are not engaging them. My strke force, that is set to be a strike force in those waters however, sits, fully repaired, with 2BB, 2BC, 4CA, 12CL and 12DD in port. Any ideas what i am doing wrong? Did not have these problems in Vanilla....
