Russian city names.

St. Petersburg is called Leningrad and Tsaritsyn is called Stalingrad before the Russian Revolution.

I noticed it too. But Leningrad was Petrograd. Also Alsace-Lorraine should have the german name too. Istanbul's name is wrong aswell
